Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This page explains what happens to the information you submit through The Chainwise's email/SMS alert signup forms — on the homepage, the risk dashboard, the research section, and the footer.
What we collect
- Email address — required to sign up for risk alerts or case-study updates.
- Mobile number — optional, only collected if you explicitly opt in to SMS alerts.
- We do not require an account and do not collect payment information through these forms.
How we use it
- To send you alerts about newly analyzed high-risk protocols.
- To notify you when new case studies or research are published.
- We do not sell your email or phone number to third parties.
How it's stored today
Submissions are validated and logged by our backend. We have not yet connected a dedicated email or SMS delivery provider — so signing up captures your interest, but alert delivery is not live yet. We'll update this policy when that changes.
Your choices
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us (see below).
- Every alert email we eventually send will include an unsubscribe option.
