Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. What The Chainwise Provides
The Chainwise publishes automated and manual risk assessments of public smart contracts and DeFi protocols, based on a 6-dimension risk engine (contract verification, admin controls, upgradeability, token restrictions, ownership concentration, and governance) run against on-chain data and public bytecode, plus 2 roadmap dimensions (liquidity and exploit/anomaly signals) not yet built.
2. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on this site — including risk scores, case studies, and dashboard output — is financial, legal, or investment advice. Risk scores reflect our methodology's assessment of observable on-chain and public data at a point in time and can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Always do your own independent verification before making any capital decision.
3. No Warranty
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Acceptable Use
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service outside the channels covered by our right of reply and responsible disclosure policies.
- Don't misrepresent our findings as your own, or as guaranteed fact rather than a risk assessment.
5. Regulatory Compliance
Users are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their own jurisdiction.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
